Simone Biles made it clear that she won’t tolerate negative comments about her husband, Bears defensive back Jonathan Owens, and their marriage.

[And] if you keep commenting or tweeting at me I’m just going to block you. Simple as that. And no I don’t need to touch grass or whatever [the f–k] y’all suggest…. @ everyone else that supports us we love y’all so much.”

Owens reposted Biles’ statement on his Instagram Stories and wrote: ” If y’all gone support, support!!! If not respectfully keep scrolling. Cause being fake mad about people y’all don’t know from a can of paint is weirdo behavior.”

Biles’ message referred to a separate situation in December, when Owens faced backlash for his comments during an appearance on “The Pivot Podcast,” where he called himself the “catch” in their relationship.

The seven-time Olympic medalist told those being “blatantly disrespectful” in comments on social media to “respectfully, f–k off” after she won the 2024 Core Hydration Gymnastics Classic in Connecticut, where Owens supported her while sitting front and center on Saturday.

“I’m going to quickly address this, the joke was never a joke!” the 27-year-old Biles wrote in a note on her Instagram Story Sunday. “Y’all are blatantly being disrespectful to my relationship & my husband. So I’m gonna go ahead and say this one time. Respectfully, f–k off.

“He never said I wasn’t a catch,” Biles said during an appearance on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast in April, adding that she “didn’t think anything of” that interview. “He said he was a catch because he is. I’ve never met a man like him. A lot of people that meet him are like, ‘Oh my gosh. I want a man like that, like Jonathan.’”

Many believed that Owens should’ve given the title to his wife, who is the most decorated gymnast of all time — and arguably, the more famous one in the relationship.
