NFL Has One Simone Biles Request From Jonathan Owens After Paris Olympics
In an unprecedented move, the Chicago Bears gave safety Jonathan Owens permission to skip some of training camp to support his wife, Simone Biles, in the 2024 Paris Olympics.
It’s not every day an NFL player is officially allowed to miss training camp, which is why Owens can count himself lucky he was given the opportunity to support Biles, the most decorated U.S. gymnast in Olympic history, as she competed in the Summer Games.
Now that Owens is back, however, the league “wants” one thing from the 29-year-old.
“@jowens needs to do a celebration flip this season in honor of @simonebiles,” read a post shared by the NFL on Instagram.
