Chicago Bears safety Jonathan Owens is preparing himself to be away from his wife, US Gymnastics star Simone Biles, for a couple of weeks.

For those who missed it, Biles sent a farewell message to her husband on Sunday as they go their separate ways temporarily. It is unknown where they are going, but considering their busy schedules, it’s not a surprise that they have to spend some time away from each other.

Of course, it’s not the first time Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens will be far away from each other. As fans would know, Biles competed at the 2024 Olympics and had to leave her husband in the US for some time.

Owens did go to Paris to cheer for his wife after the Bears allowed him to skip some parts of their training camp.

The good thing for the two, as Biles noted, is that they’ll only be apart for a “few weeks.”
