Brittany Mahomes is ‘fully recovered’ after breaking her back: ‘I’m living my best life’
“I’m staying on top of my health,” she continued. “Being active and healthy for my kids and my dogs is super important to me.”Brittany Mahomes is “finally fully recovered” nearly three months after fracturing her back.
“I’m doing great,” the personal trainer, 28, told E! News Friday. “I’m living my best life. My back is no longer broken, so that’s good.”
Mahomes said she is “back to doing the things that [she has] always been able to do,” like going to the gym and being hands-on with her two kids, Sterling, 3, and Bronze, 1
Mahomes revealed in March that she was nursing a serious injury following the end of her husband Patrick Mahomes’ whirlwind NFL season.
“Just your daily reminder: Once you have kids please take care of your pelvic floor,” she wrote on her Instagram Stories at the time. “Seriously. From: A girl with a fractured back.”
Although Brittany did not share exactly when the injury occurred, she seemed to be in good health just a few weeks earlier at the 2024 Super Bowl and subsequent Chiefs parade.
